CRAFT: Authors in Conversation... Ray Suarez

  • Little Jumbo 241 Broadway Street Asheville, NC, 28801 United States (map)

Wow. Where do I start when seeking to communicate how astoundingly grateful I am to be able to host the inimitable Ray Suarez at CRAFT? I guess I’ll just dive in:

Broadcast journalist with decades of experience at the top news agencies in the nation. Journalism professor. Radio host. Podcaster. Former gigs include senior correspondent for PBS NewsHour, host of Talk of the Nation at NPR, CNN correspondent...and and and. The awards are far too numerous to get into.

I am thrilled we will be able to chat about his brand new book, We Are Home: Becoming American in the 21st Century AN ORAL HISTORY, and can tell you from my own past experience talking with Ray about books, journalism, and all things writerly that this is one conversation you will not want to miss.

We will be sitting down at CRAFT’s home base, Asheville’s Little Jumbo cocktail bar and Ray will happily answer any and all of your questions about his books, awe-inspiring career, and more. Join us!

Signed books available from Malaprop's Bookstore/Cafe.

An Atomic City Girls™ presentation.
